Gila Health Resources takes customers service very seriously. So seriously in fact that we encourage customers and patients to let us know how we are doing, especially if you have had a negative experience. Without hearing from our community we do not know what needs fixing, or who needs praising.

When your needs are not satisfied, the employees at Gila Health Resources take that seriously and want to improve our service to you, the patient. If we do not hear about your problem, we cannot fix it so it will not happen again in the future. Please let us know anytime you are unsatisfied with the care or other services you received at Gila Health Resources.

Healthcare is often a stressful and sometimes thankless job. Our employees need to hear praise from time to time to let them know they are doing a good job. Positive remarks from a supervisor helps, but who they really care about is you, the patient. Receiving thanks from a patient or their family is a special thing in a healthcare workers day.
