We are excited to introduce you to our new, enhanced Patient Portal. Patient Portal allows you to request an appointment, view lab results, communicate with your care team, request medication refills, access your medical records, and many other helpful features. It also helps us all to stay safe my limiting the unnecessary exchange and touching of paperwork.
If you are an existing patient who had Patient Portal, you should have received an email asking you activate your new Patient Portal account. If you did not receive an email or you would like to enroll in Patient Portal, please call the number listed.
